August 10, 2024 – Volvo Cars has announced that the price of its latest electric SUV, the EX90, will increase by $3,300. This price adjustment applies to upcoming deliveries, raising the starting price of the EX90 from $74,900 to $78,200.

Volvo stated that the price hike is primarily due to rising production costs and fluctuations in raw material prices. A company spokesperson noted that despite the price increase, the EX90 remains competitive in the market due to its advanced technology, superior performance, and exceptional safety features.

As Volvo’s flagship electric SUV, the EX90 is equipped with the latest battery technology and advanced driver assistance systems. The vehicle offers a range of up to 300 miles, powered by an efficient dual-motor system that delivers impressive performance. Inside, the EX90 features a luxurious design with a focus on sustainable materials, along with an array of smart connectivity features to meet the demands of modern consumers.

Volvo also emphasized its commitment to advancing electrification and sustainable development in response to the growing global focus on environmental protection.

Despite the price increase, the Volvo EX90 continues to attract significant interest from potential buyers. The company noted that the new pricing will take effect at the end of August, and customers who place orders before then will still be able to purchase the vehicle at the previous price.
